Centre should take appropriate steps to grant further priority in repatriation process to women whose pregnancy is at the advance stage:- Says SC

Hon’ble Supreme Court whole hearing the Writ Petition titled Sanisha Thomas & Ors. v Union of India, directed the respondent i.e. Union of India to take appropriate steps after considering the question of granting further priority in the repatriation process to woman whose pregnancy is at the advance stage.

The Bench comprising of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ashok Bhushan, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Hon’ble Mr. Justice B.R. Gavai passed the aforesaid direction.
