KUALA LUMPUR: Pravasi Legal Cell Malaysia chapter has a bright start to its activities. Pravasi Legal Cell Global President Adv. Jose Abraham performed the inauguration ceremony. Pravasi Legal Cell Malaysia Chapter President Adv. Jayasheelan presided. In the discussion that followed, it was decided to take stock of the Indians serving sentences in various jails in Malaysia and to provide legal assistance in deserving cases with the help of the Indian Embassy. It has also been decided to create awareness about safe migration in the situation where many Indians are subjected to human trafficking, drug smuggling etc. The event was attended by representatives of various organizations in Malaysia and many Indian lawyers expressed their support for the activities of the Legal Cell
