Hon’ble Supreme Court on 15th May directs the Central Government to take appropriate steps after treating the petition filed for urgent repatriation of expatriates who are in deportation centres & have been granted amnesty by the State of Kuwait, as representation. The bench comprising of Hon’ble Mr. Justice L. Nageswara Rai, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanajy Kishan Kaul and Hon’ble Mr. Justice B.R. Gavai passed the aforementioned order.
