PLC files a PIL for removal of obstacles in the process of repatriation of bodies of Indian expatriates who died due to accidents and non-covid related ailments.

PLC also filed a PIL for removal of obstacles in the process of repatriation of bodies of Indian expatriates who died due to accidents and non –Covid-19 related ailments. The petition prayed for withdrawal of the requirements to obtain NOC from Ministry of Home Affairs for repatriation and to restore the process of repatriation that prevailed prior to the direction in question
