PLC filed PIL before SC for apt use of ICW fund for repatriation of the economically weak Indian expatriates stranded in Gulf Countries.

PLC taking into account the decision of the Central Government that Indian expatriates will be repatriated to the country on their own expenses, and also considering the plight of the vast majority of expatriates who had lost jobs and were going through immense financial crunch, filed a PIL before Hon’ble Supreme Court for appropriate use of Indian Community Welfare Fund for repatriation of the economically weak Indian expatriates stranded in Gulf countries.
